Membership Hold / Pause
Our Hold Policy Is As Follows As Per Your Membership Agreement:
Hold Policy
I understand that a membership hold request form must be completed on the DHP Health & Fitness website and can be requested in 4, 8, and 12 week increments.

I understand that hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before my upcoming scheduled invoice and I cannot place a hold on my membership for more than 84 days in a calendar year.

I understand that my membership and payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period I have selected, and the agreement duration will be extended for the amount of the hold time period requested.

I understand that if I cancel my membership during the hold period, the cancellation policy agreed to above applies.
